Spinner Thursdays

1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. This promotional competition is exclusive to all Emerald Casino Rewards cardholders (“Participants”) subject to their respective active membership(s).
4. Participation is by means of R50 buy in per ticket. Roulette heat will take place every Thursday at 19h00.
5. Promotion is exclusive to rewards club cardholders; non-members are required to sign up to purchase a ticket/s.
6. Tickets are sold from 14h00 till 18h00 at the Cash Desk
7. Participants may purchase as many ticket as they wish; write their 9 lucky numbers between 0 and 36
8. It remains the responsibility of the participant to ensure that chosen numbers are not duplicated, are legible and carbon copy is handed back to cash Desk for verification.
9. The progressive jackpot and pot amount will be won by the participants who gets to mark all their 9 numbers on single ticket on/before the 18th number is called
10. Progressive jackpot rolls over from the 19th number called per draw, participants who mark off all their numbers at this point win the pot
11. Winnings will be divided equally amongst winners should there be more than one winner
12. Participants must stop the game by shouting ‘’Winner” when they have marked off all 9 numbers on a single ticket
13. Game must be stopped and ticket verified, no late calls will be accepted
14. If participant does not stop the game on time and the next number is announced, the ticket will not be accepted as a valid win and no pay-outs will be made

16. Final Draw times, dates, tier and criteria to earn tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
17. Final Draw Prize Winners will be selected by a way of electronic draw; participants cannot be drawn more than once.
18. The Final draw is an attendance draw and all Participants are required to be present on the draws to be eligible for a prize: Provided that a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant must nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management. Nomination forms will be available at the Rewards Desk from the opening and closing times for the entry bin.
19. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce the valid ticket entry and a positive and acceptable form of identification e.g., a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino, Emerald Casino Rewards card of the individual that they are representing, and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds.
20. Authorized representatives or a participants shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised.
21. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner nominating a representative to act on their behalf, a re-draw will take place.
22. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
23. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
