Selected winners must present themselves in person at the selected device within 90 seconds from the time the promotions team arrives at the selected device, alternatively if such prize winner is actively engaged in gambling activity at a nearby device, subject to the use of a Rewards card, the prizes will be handed over to those prize winners at the respective gaming device.
Once a winner has been determined, the promotions representative will verify that the RAPS winner information corresponds with the player found at the gaming device.
playTSOGO – once a winner has been determined, the Mystery Parcel App will notify the winner
Each random winner will be presented with unmarked envelopes, each containing a prize insert, indicating a cash value.
playTSOGO – each random winners prize money will be automatically loaded to their betting wallet.
After the winner has selected his/her choice of envelope, the prize insert is revealed by the winner and is swopped out for the cash value by the promotions representative – Not applicable to playTSOGO.
A register will be available at the Rewards Guest Relations Desk on the day of the draw for the period between the Bonussing sessions, before each session starts, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for the sessions on the day or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
If the prize winner does not present themselves within 90 seconds and if he or she has not declined to be present by not signing a decline register, or is not the rightful owner of the Rewards card selected by RAPS, a re-selection will be conducted.

- There will be no CAP on entries per draw and participants can only win once per draw bin.

WILD CARD DRAW
- The Wild Card draw will be held where an additional 2 finalists will be drawn from each unit, to make it a total of 5 Finalists from the different properties.
- Electronic draws will take place immediately after the final monthly draw on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at the designated draw area.
- The 2 Finalist will be drawn from the Month-end draw bins (Bins 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and a manual draw of the numbers 1 to 5 will be used to determine which bins the finalists will be drawn from.
- All Participants or nominated proxy will be required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize – Not applicable to playTSOGO.

GRAND FINALE DRAW
- Grand Finale will be open to all qualifying Rewards cardholders who are verified as finalists from the different units.
- A manual draw will take place at Montecasino on Sunday, 1 December 2024 at 16h00 where a total of Five (5) winners will be selected.
- All Participants or nominated proxies will be required to be present on the respective dates/times in order to make their choice during the selection mechanic to determine the prize to be won.
- The 5 winners drawn will be given an opportunity to choose a card from the Royal Flush in the order that they were drawn.
- Each Royal Flush card (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10 cards) will represent one of the prizes – The order of the cards will not necessarily determine the size of the prize (For example choosing the Ace card will not necessarily mean that the card has the biggest prize behind it).
Entries for the draws cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
All draws will be electronic draws whereby prize winners will be selected via the TEEDS system and ticket entry will be activated via the eHost, except for the Tsogo Sun Experience Bonus Draws which will only be through the Tsogo Sun Gaming mobile App.
All draws will be attendance draws and participants can only win once per draw.
Draw times and dates; will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
All Participants are required to be present at the draw on the respective date/time to be eligible for their Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Service Desk. Prescribed proxy forms will be available for this purpose from 08h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the first draw.
Participants or duly authorised representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required.
Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
Authorized representatives shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
Should the prize winner or authorized representative for the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winners that do not attend the draws, via the contact details available on the database.
All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes (Acknowledgement of Receipt form).
Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
