- Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
- This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- A minimum of 1 player will constitute a heat and will have 10 spins to play.
- Player/s are required to participate in all of the 10 spins, all chips in play must be visible at all times.
- At the end of the qualifying period the top 8 players on the leader board will qualify for a seat in the final (31 Jan ‘26)
- Table Limits – Straight up minimum R 10 and a maximum of R2 000.
- No call bets, maximum bets and outside chances are allowed.
- Tournament chips will be used during the tournament.
- The hypothetical value per chip is R 10 for purposes of tracking (leader board).
- The final will comprise of 8 players identified from the qualifying period (Top 8 Scores)
- Chip allocation for the play off will be 100 tournament chips for each of the finalists.
- The finalists will have 10 spins to play and all players are required to participate in each of the 10 spins.
- In the event that two or more players are knocked out on the same spin, their final position will be decided as per a “spin off”, at an appropriate time after the final has been concluded.
- In the spin off each player will draw either a red or a black chip which will determine the colour their chip will be placed on the roulette layout (red/black). The dealer will spin the ball and whichever colour is spun first will determine the winner of the spin off.
- At the end of these 10 spins, a chip count will determine the winner and the seven runners up, which is allocated from highest chip count (winner) to lowest chip count (seventh place).
- All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
