Terms and Conditions

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family.
4. Participation is by means of R30 buy in per ticket.

1. Draws will take place every Sunday at 19h00.
2. Promotion is exclusive to rewards club card holders; non-members are required to sign up to purchase a ticket/s.
3. Tickets are sold  14h00 till 18h15

8. Participants may purchase as many ticket as they wish; write their 9 lucky numbers between 0 and 36
9. It remains the responsibility of the participant to ensure that chosen numbers are; not duplicated are legible and carbon copy is handed back to cash Desk for verification
10. The progressive jackpot and pot amount will be won by the participants who gets to mark all their 9 numbers on single ticket on/before the 18^th number is called
11. Progressive jackpot rolls over from the 19^th number called per draw, participants who mark off all their numbers at this point win the pot
12. Winnings will be divided equally amongst winners should there be more than one winner
13. Participants must stop the game by shouting ‘’Winner” when they have marked off all 9 numbers on a single ticket
14. Game must be stopped and ticket verified, no late calls will be accepted
15. If participant does not stop the game on time and the next number is announced, the ticket will not be accepted as a valid win and no pay-outs will be made
16. Buy ins collected will be split, R10 consolation, R10 progressive and R10 base

1. Progressive jackpot will be capped at R50 000 CASH
2. Prizes are not transferable, prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

19. Prize winners must be in possession of positive and acceptable form of identification.
20. All winners must collect their prize from Emerald Casino within 15 days of winning the prize.

1. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;

1. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
2. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
3. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
