Whipped ricotta brioche bake served with fresh apple, shaved celery & vanilla poached peaches, topped with roasted almonds, salted caramel drizzle & fresh rocket.
Paired with Neil Ellis Jonkershoek Chardonnay
Entreè
Cucumber, avocado & chilli salsa topped with coconut poached prawns & soy reduction & crispy fried noodles.
Paired with Neil Ellis Jonkershoek sauvignon Blanc
Main Course
Braised Lamb shank served with garlic-mashed potato burnt pearl onions & seasonal roasted vegetables.
Paired with Neil Ellis Jonkershoek Pinotage
Dessert
Raspberry & summer fruit Pavlova topped with strawberry cream, fruit salsa, strawberry jelly, whipped white chocolate ganache & dark chocolate leaves.
