CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Rescheduling within 48 Hours of your date will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of your spa booking and a cancellation fee will be chargeable. Cancellation of a booking will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of your spa booking and the full fee will be charged for.
No-show will result in 100% of your spa booking and the full fee will be charged for. Late Arrivals in case of late arrival, your treatment time may be reduced to fully utilize your allocated booking time. Other appointments will not be delayed.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Strictly 100% Payment is required to confirm the booking.
PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit is payable 48 hours after receiving your spa invoice to reserve your spa booking. The balance may be paid by cash, Visa, Master cards, or Debit Cards on your spa day. Please email the proof of payment through to the spa with your Name and Surname as a reference.
Please take note always upstairs day spa holds a strict no refunds policy.
